This week the Dragonfly children took on the role of baker to make bread. They took turns to mix bread flour, with salt and yeast, then added oil and water. They combined the ingredients and then kneaded the dough. We all waited so patiently for our turn to mix and knead. It looks like we have some professional bakers in Dragonflies! The bread was a success. The Dragonflies used their fine motor skills to spread butter on their bread slices for snack this afternoon. Well done everyone!
