Young person’s advocacy from Solihull Action through Advocacy provides advocacy support for young people, in Solihull, who have a learning disability and/or autism. During this difficult time, the organisation is still able to provide support and is dedicated to ensuring that young people are heard and supported. The team can support young people in many areas of their lives including transitions (in education, health and care) and in accessing the support they are entitled to. Advocates will listen to the young person, help them get the information they need, support them in decision-making, ensure they are heard and speak on their behalf if they want them to. They will not make decisions for any young person or tell them what they should do. Many young people with learning difficulties and autism are finding the current situation very difficult and we are still here to help. Please see the link below or call them on 0121 706 4696
