We’ve had a truly egg‑ceptional finish to the Spring term today, filled with celebrations, creativity and lots of proud faces across the school.

Outstanding Behaviour Awards

This morning, Mrs O’Donoghue had the pleasure of announcing the winners of our Spring Outstanding Behaviour Awards. These deserving children were nominated by their class teachers for consistently showing exemplary behaviour throughout the term. Each winner received a £5 voucher and, most importantly, a golden star badge to wear proudly on their blazer – an honour that represents their hard work, kindness, and dedication.

PTA Colouring Competition

During the assembly, we also revealed the winners of our much‑loved PTA Colouring Competition.

A huge well done to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from each year group – your creativity shone brightly! We are incredibly proud of everyone who entered; the standard this year was truly impressive.

Easter Bonnet Showcase

Later in the morning, the whole school gathered in the hall for a wonderful display of our Easter bonnets. A tremendous amount of thought, creativity, and sparkle went into every bonnet, and it was a delight to see the children wearing them with such pride.

Although it was a very tough decision, three winners were selected from each class. Well done to all our talented designers!

We would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to our fantastic PTA for generously funding the prizes for both the behaviour awards and our Easter events. Your support brings so much joy to our children and helps make days like today incredibly special.

A Cracking End to Term

Finally, we announced the winners of our Easter egg raffle. Winners from each class were selected. A total of £150 has been raised for school fund. Thank you to everyone who entered.

Well done to all of today’s winners and to every child who took part with such enthusiasm. It has been an eggstra‑special end to the term, and we wish all our families a restful and happy Easter break.
