This week, the children enjoyed our story of the week, The Tiny Seed, which beautifully illustrated the changing seasons and what plants need to grow. Inspired by the story, we explored the signs of autumn outdoors spotting fallen leaves, feeling the cooler weather, and collecting conkers from the ground. Back inside, we brought the season to life by creating autumn trees using real leaves. The children loved discussing the colours, shapes, and textures as they crafted their own leafy masterpieces. A wonderful blend of storytelling, nature, and creativity!
