This half term, our English lessons have been focused on writing a set of instructions. We have spent our lessons looking carefully at the layout of a set of instructions and the writing features included in them. Last week, we started to write our own instructions explaining how to make ice decorations. We spent a lesson creating one together as a class and have hung it outside. Afterwards, we completed our independent write explaining the steps to create an ice decoration. Year 2 produced some fantastic pieces of writing!
